Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics, mental health history, and treatment needs, developing personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address communication challenges, relationship discord, and family stressors, enhancing the overall mental health of clients.

• Offer immediate support and crisis interventions to ensure client safety during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Educate clients on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution methods, and coping skills to foster improved relational and emotional health.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated care that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
