SCOPE OF POSITION: The Staffing Coordinator provides responsible and confidential services for the nursing department. The primary function involves the scheduling of appropriate clinical staff insuring adequate coverage of nursing home residents on a 24 hour a day basis. Ancillary duties include overseeing transportation needs of residents, providing secretarial services to the Director of Nurses when needed.
