Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices.

• Offer targeted therapy sessions—whether individual, group, or family formats—utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to design coordinated care approaches that holistically address clients' needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, guiding them through emergency situations with empathy and expertise.

• Promote mental health awareness through community outreach initiatives, effectively educating the public and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity are critical, ensuring effective interaction with clients across different ethnic and socioeconomic demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
