Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating seamlessly with the clinical team.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans that foster client growth and resilience.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our services meet the highest quality standards.

• Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies and community organizations, promoting resource sharing and systemic collaboration to enhance client experiences.

• Establish open lines of communication with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders to align treatment goals and facilitate continuity of care.

• Represent Mindful Empowerment at statewide meetings, task forces, and community events to promote our mission and foster new partnerships.

• Pursue professional growth opportunities, including attending conferences, workshops, and ongoing educational programs to stay current in the field.

• Complete other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
