Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their specific mental health needs and appropriate interventions.

• Document clinical assessments and treatment plans, engaging in ongoing communication with colleagues regarding patient care and interdisciplinary strategies to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide direct clinical counseling services, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster positive behavioral changes and emotional healing.

• Manage assigned case loads, collaborating with external healthcare and community resources to ensure clients receive well-rounded support tailored to their needs.

• Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks ethically and punctually, in accordance with organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, updates, and to share insights with fellow clinicians, reinforcing our collaborative approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide-ranging clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competency and understanding to meet their unique therapeutic needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy modalities.

• Commitment to working 10 to 40 hours a week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on client needs.
