Key Responsibilities\n

The clients you will serve vary widely in age, background, and mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid and active state licensure, with credentials such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients while fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
