Payments & Cash Management Sales - Corporates VP

Job Purpose Generate revenue and promote the bank’s product and service offerings to various customer segments. Responsibilities Identify potential customers and analyze their needs, preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Create detailed profiles for target customer segments, outlining demographics, financial habits, and pain points. Manage relationships with potential and existing customers by providing high‑quality support, responding to queries, resolving issues, and building trust. Understand the features, benefits, risks, and compliance requirements of a broad range of banking products and services. Communicate insights clearly to potential customers to address their financial needs. Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase the bank’s value proposition and translate leads into customers. Negotiate terms that are beneficial for both the client and the bank. Collect and analyze customer feedback on products, services, and overall experience to support product development and sales strategies. Monitor lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other relevant metrics to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Guide technical direction, leading collaborative, multi‑year assignments and coaching less experienced specialists. Advise key stakeholders, including senior management, on functional and cross‑functional impact and alignment. Manage and mitigate risks in support of control and governance objectives. Collaborate with other business areas to align support activities with overall strategies. Create solutions through analytical thought, adopting research outcomes, and building trusting relationships with internal and external partners. Qualifications Proven expertise in selling payments and liquidity solutions, including cash concentration, pooling, and cross‑border capabilities. Understanding of treasury and trade services (TTS) or corporate banking frameworks and ability to tailor solutions to client needs. Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles, managing senior relationships and navigating complex organizational structures. Ability to work cross‑functionally with Corporate and Investment Bankers to identify opportunities and layer in treasury products. Deep knowledge of domestic and international cash management regulations, trends, and technologies. Background in corporate sectors or financial institutions with a consultative sales approach. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences. Collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external clients. High degree of adaptability and strategic thinking in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
