Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Role Overview: An Executive Assistant supports the Executive Leadership Team by managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, coordinating meetings, travel, expenses, and logistics with accuracy and discretion. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and prioritize calendars for the President/CEO and COO, including scheduling, travel, and meeting preparation. Coordinate administrative processes such as expenses, records, and meeting logistics, partnering with various internal departments. Handle confidential information with integrity, exercising sound judgment in stakeholder communication and support. Identify opportunities to improve support processes, documentation, and workflows for scalability and efficiency. Maintain accurate records, support meeting logistics, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience supporting executive leadership in a professional environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
