Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough virtual psychosocial assessments that identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, resulting in comprehensive understanding for effective intervention.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques that relate to dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other relevant practices.

• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to develop an integrated care plan that encompasses all aspects of the clients’ wellness.

• Serve as a strong advocate for clients, ensuring their access to essential community resources and support services, which may include housing, employment support, or additional healthcare services.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within an electronic health record system, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications\n
