Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' psychological concerns, backgrounds, and treatment objectives.

• Deliver therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to the client’s needs.

• Collaborate actively with students, parents, and educational staff to formulate effective treatment plans that address academic and emotional challenges.

• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on each client’s progress.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying informed of current best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, instilling a sense of trust and empowerment throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Provide practical strategies and emotional support to help clients learn to cope with life’s challenges, whether related to school, family dynamics, or personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele including students from various backgrounds and age groups experiencing mental health challenges. The focus is on promoting a positive school environment by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavior problems, and interpersonal conflicts. Your work will not only impact the individual clients directly involved but also contribute to a healthier school community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
