Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Supervising a team of behavioral health utilization review clinicians, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor will ensure compliance with care guidelines, address complex member issues, and implement process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversees the daily activities of the behavioral health utilization management team to ensure appropriate care for members Monitors compliance with guidelines and tracks performance, quality, and efficiency standards Educates the team on key initiatives and facilitates communication between members, providers, and management Required qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience License to practice independently as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required Prior supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a broad range of behavioral health services preferred
