Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine clients' psychological needs, developing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and support throughout interactions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals while providing ongoing support and strategies tailored to their changing needs.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices, to best address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. Clients come from various backgrounds, requiring a therapist who can adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse cultural and personal needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, fostering a safe and welcoming virtual environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and the ability to understand and connect with clients’ experiences.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads, scheduling, and documentation responsibilities remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
