Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Despite the remote aspect, you will engage regularly with clients through virtual consultations and assessments, requiring the ability to adapt to various situations in real time. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary depending on client needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of seniors to identify their emotional, mental, and social requirements, tailoring services to their specific needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that reflect individual goals.

• Provide counseling support to seniors, helping them navigate life transitions, cope with grief, and overcome challenges related to aging.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
