Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand individuals' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy utilizing proven evidence-based modalities that meet each client's unique needs and desired outcomes.

• Respond to crises by providing immediate intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while also advocating for their rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
