You have spent time in premium hospitality - either selling to hotels or working inside one. You know how a 5-star F&B Director thinks, what a Taj procurement head cares about, and how to get above the purchasing manager into the room where real partnerships are made. You do not need training on how to walk into a Leela or a Hyatt. You have done it. You know that chefs care about consistency, provenance, and trust - and that price is secondary to those three things once confidence is established. We are a premium AgriFood brand that supplies tier-1 hotels today. We are building the most traceable, AI-monitored fresh produce and superfood brand in India. You will take us from 2 hotel accounts to 15. What you will own New Account Development Identify, approach, and convert Tier-1 and Tier-2 hotels, fine dining restaurants, and premium catering groups across Delhi NCR Build relationships above procurement level - F&B Directors, Executive Chefs, Sustainability Heads, GMs Present and close ESG and brand partnership proposals - not just produce supply deals Minimum 3 new account meetings per week - tracked and reported Account Management Own the existing HoReCa relationships - grow volume, add SKUs, protect margin Coordinate with farm operations on delivery schedules, quality standards, and client-specific requirements Handle client complaints and quality issues as the first point of escalation - resolve, not escalated upward Pipeline and Reporting Maintain a live CRM pipeline - every prospect, every stage, every next action Weekly sales report to Founder & CEO: meetings held, pipeline status, revenue closed Monthly account review: actual vs target per client What you must have 3-6 years in HoReCa sales, food distribution, premium FMCG, or hospitality (supplier side) Demonstrated ability to sell to 5-star hotels and premium restaurants - references required Existing relationships with F&B buyers in Delhi NCR hospitality - a warm network you can activate immediately Strong English communication - written and spoken Own transport and willingness to be in the field daily Understanding of fresh produce, food quality standards, and kitchen requirements What you will earn Base: upto 7L based on experience and network.
