From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

Full-time, 40+ hours

Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission & bonus opportunities. Medical, dental and vision coverage offered. PTO, sick days and paid holidays. Cell phone and computer provided by company.

To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand. To promote the services of Paul Davis. To build industry relationships.

• Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and client calls
• Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
• Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
• Enforce Brand Standards
• Manage CRM, manage marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, and referrals
• Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
• Create social media plan, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/follow-up accordingly
• Attend business networking functions to promote the business
• Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
• Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
• Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
• Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

• Two or more years' sales and marketing experience
• Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
