Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, offering clients a safe space to explore their thoughts, experiences, and emotions.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and adjust each patient's therapeutic treatment plan, utilizing clinical expertise to guide clients toward their goals.

• Perform ongoing assessments, document patient progress accurately and timely, and ensure that all documentation is maintained in compliance with departmental standards.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Monitor clients' behavioral changes and report observations to the treatment team, addressing any potential crises effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Proficiency in utilizing the DSM-5 for diagnosis and treatment planning is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
