Enrich Living Counseling Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time position. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing essential mental health services to individuals, children, and families in need. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Therapists will engage with clients through Telehealth services, with opportunities for in-person therapy available as needed. Our outpatient office supports a collaborative and dynamic team culture, encouraging creativity and innovation in providing mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations and mental health diagnoses, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with company policies and guidelines. This includes regular reviews of treatment plans to ensure continued effectiveness.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, managing appointments efficiently while providing quality care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery, coordinating with case managers, families, school personnel, and medical professionals as needed.

• Engage in continuous learning through participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
\n
• Utilize creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their personal goals and exceeding their expectations.

• Contribute positively to team dynamics and support the development of a thriving team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adult families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LMFT clinical license is essential for this position.

• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, is mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with clients and team members.
\n
• Capable of maintaining professional boundaries while building rapport with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with working in a culturally diverse environment is important.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check before employment commences.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is advantageous.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions is preferred.

• Experience working with a diverse population, particularly in family therapy, is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Additional compensation includes an hourly pay structure, along with commissions based on client sessions.
