Senior Manager of Production

Our client, an elevated childrenswear apparel manufacturer is seeking a Senior Manager of Production to join their Denim team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations and manage a cross-functional team.
• Coordinate production timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Address production challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers on pricing, sourcing, and ongoing business relationships.
• Ensure production standards, quality requirements, and compliance measures are met.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams on product development and cost considerations.
• Monitor inventory, production status, and reporting to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in production management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Salary: $120,000k-$140,000k commensurate with experience

Hybrid, 4 days on site
