Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will conduct sessions through our secure telehealth platform, allowing you to connect with patients in the comfort of their locations throughout North Las Vegas, Nevada, and beyond. The flexibility of this role promotes a healthier work-life balance, while our collaborative team culture ensures you have ongoing support and resources as you provide care. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions using various methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to ensure the best outcomes for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups, fostering community and shared experiences among patients dealing with similar mental health issues.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration by working alongside psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate emotional support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health condition management, treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development activities including case consultations and team meetings to enhance your practice.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field to continually improve the quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proven ability to apply evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.

• Commitment to ethical practices and professional boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology.
\n
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in a telehealth context.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
