Litigation Attorney Job Details Salary $150,000 - $200,000 per year Permanent Litigation Attorney About Us Our firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse caseload, work with clients, and shape litigation strategy. Responsibilities Manage all phases of civil litigation from initiation to trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Provide legal advice to clients and advise on potential litigation risks and strategies. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. Develop relationships with clients, providing updates and ensuring needs are met. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate. Qualifications A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Proven experience managing a diverse caseload. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
