Chicago, United States | Posted on 08/17/2026 ROLE: As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives. For homeowners you will be the first impression that sets the right expectations about our services. COMPENSATION As our Business Development Representative, you'll earn a competitive starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission , along with company logo gear for fieldwork. We also offer an outstanding benefits package , including: Health insurance Vision Life Insurance 401(k) with company match PTO HSA/FSA Employee assistance program Growth opportunities SCHEDULE? This is a full-time role with the following schedule: Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU? 18+ years old Valid driver's license Good driving record Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch #J-18808-Ljbffr
