Location: Minneapolis, MN (800 East 28th Street)

Start Date: 10/12/2026

End Date: 02/01/2027 (with possibility of extension)

Shift: Day shift, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (including 8/10/12-hour options)

Hours/Week: Minimum 36 hours, typically 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract, ongoing

Licenses/Certs: MN RN License and CRNA Certification

Experience: Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience

Special Requirements: Tier 2 ACLS/BLS, Skills checklist, Supervised model, No blocks or epidurals, TM: 90-120 days for credentialing

Hourly Rate: $218.59

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x for hours exceeding scheduled shifts (rules apply)

Call Pay: Weekend beeper call ($1,000 for 24 hrs, $700 for 12 hrs); Weeknight beeper call ($400 for 8 hrs, $700 for 12 hrs); Callback at 1.5x hourly rate

Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half on major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia support for patients 12 years and older in a Level III tertiary hospital.
• Support staff in a Care Team Model with 4:1 ratio and assist with room turnover and supplies.
• Deliver anesthesia during a variety of procedures, supporting specialized care but not performing blocks, epidurals, or spinal anesthesia.
• Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on schedule.
• Respond to call and beeper duties as required, with options for occasional overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, documentation, and compliance standards using Epic EMR.

What You Need

• Licenses & Certifications: MN RN license and CRNA certification required
• ACLS & BLS Tier 2 certifications: Required at hire
• Experience: At least 1 year of anesthesia provider experience
• Skills: Ability to work independently under supervision, strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Availability for occasional overnight or weekend shifts
• Experience with tertiary care hospital environments
