Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in King of Prussia is looking for a passionate, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead a fast-paced, polished kitchen focused on great food, strong culture, and exceptional hospitality. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high culinary standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef Lead and develop the kitchen team Drive food quality, consistency, and execution Manage inventory, prep, food safety, and kitchen organization Help create a positive, high-performing team culture WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous kitchen leadership experience Strong line and high-volume experience Organized, dependable, and hands-on leadership style Passion for hospitality and team development WHY TOMMY BAHAMA?
