Account Manager SMB-Business Sales

What you’ll be doing... Introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high‑tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs. Interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. Demonstrate the value of our products and services by presenting end‑to‑end technology solutions. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small‑business results via the retail channel. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small‑business segment. Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers. Perform outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. Service the needs of the existing customer base. Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage pipeline and book of business. What we’re looking for... Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, or customer service) demonstrated through work or military experience. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses. Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. Experience influencing a team to drive sales results. Capability to drive positive results in a team environment. People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and ability to build trust at all levels. External candidates for this role may be eligible for up to $5 000 sign‑on bonus.
