ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement growth strategies that align with our long-term goals for the Atlantic District.
Provide daily mentorship to our sales managers, helping them overcome roadblocks and improve their performance.
Analyze regional sales data to identify new opportunities and refine our approach to client outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and community partners throughout the Maryland region.
Foster an environment where every employee feels supported, valued, and excited to contribute to our shared mission.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent to ensure our team remains robust and capable.
RequirementsState Life and Health Insurance License.
Seven or more years of experience in sales leadership roles within the insurance sector.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide high-performing sales teams.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and revenue trends.
Deep knowledge of life and health insurance products and regulatory standards.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
