Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs effectively, formulating individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy, utilizing modalities appropriate to a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in addressing the varied backgrounds and experiences of clients.

• Show exceptional organizational skills for managing caseloads and ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000.
