This remote role offers the flexibility to deliver high-quality mental health care to clients from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position is fully remote and allows for an optimal work-life balance, while still being part of a supportive outpatient office environment. Our therapists have access to virtual tools and resources, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and administrative staff, to provide holistic patient care. While our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and returning clients to identify their individual needs and objectives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at providing clients with community support and resources.
\n
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and continuous care coordination with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring timely and compassionate responses during emergencies.

• Deliver patient education regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering clients with knowledge and resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy for a varied clientele.
