Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator

Providing exceptional client experiences, the part-time Remote Veterinary Care Coordinator will manage a high volume of calls and emails, assist with appointment scheduling, and collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails to address client inquiries related to appointments and pet care information Triage calls to appropriate team members and manage administrative tasks such as rescheduling appointments Utilize various software platforms to document client interactions and communicate with remote staff effectively Required qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the health industry Proficiency in using CRM software such as Zendesk and Vetspire Experience managing a significant volume of emails and calls daily Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Access to a quiet workspace for professional communication during calls
