Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team in the delivery of care to patient groups.
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
- Educates patients and their families concerning the treatment process and goals.
