Technical Support Engineer

Overview Korn Ferry Interim is hiring for an IT Helpdesk Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot into the door with an established, enterprise IT department. Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service and support to local and remote users Assist Senior IT Support team members with managing project tickets Troubleshoot basic end user connectivity and account creation/resets Make outbound calls to follow up with users and ensure resolution satisfaction Respond to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner Skills/Experience You’ll Need 3+ years of corporate IT Support experience (or related internship etc) Basic IT systems and technology knowledge in a Windows environment Basic Office product suite experience Ability to ramp up quickly Ability to work independently About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
