Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies for clients facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address unique patient needs.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create an integrated treatment plan focusing on both mental and physical health.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and family dynamics. You will work to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, and trauma interventions is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
