FERC Regulatory Analyst I, II, III, or Senior

Responsible for administering FERC regulatory processes important to Tri-State. This includes working with subject matter experts (SME) in preparing testimony of position statements, coordinating FERC audits, and prepping and responding to FERC data requests. This position will work collaboratively with internal and external counsel, consultants, and business unit staff on project assignments. It will provide regulatory assistance and services in preparing corporate documents. Additional responsibilities will include performing general oversight and submittal of FERC required monthly, quarterly and yearly regulatory reporting requirements. Responsibilities will include providing technical support, oversight and guidance to the business, to ensure it aligns with the company’s position. Will represent Tri State at FERC and other regulatory proceedings along with various industry utility organizations, committees and joint projects. Will stay abreast of current and pending federal regulatory requirements and advise the Senior Vice President General Counsel, Senior Manager Deputy General Counsel and Senior Manager Regulatory Administration of federal regulatory issues that may have an effect on Tri‑State's interests, or overall corporate activities. Senior FERC Regulatory Analyst Hiring Salary Range: $109,000-139,000 FERC Regulatory Analyst III Hiring Salary Range: $98,000-$124,000 FERC Regulatory Analyst II Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$99,000 FERC Regulatory Analyst I Hiring Salary Range: $72,000-$88,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
