Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each patient's history, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic and achievable objectives.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of client progress through detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, including individuals coping with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Many of our patients also have life-limiting conditions, requiring not just mental health support, but compassion and understanding tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Golden Days Psychiatric Care offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The compensation package also includes:
