Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, utilizing structured interview processes and evidence-based instruments to create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on client needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, with presenting issues that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
