We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This position focuses primarily on accounts payable activities while also assisting with select accounts receivable tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-minded approach when communicating with others, and the ability to review financial records carefully within Vantaca.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are entered accurately and processed on time.
• Assist with accounts receivable duties, including applying payments and helping maintain current account records.
• Review financial entries in Vantaca and reconcile discrepancies by comparing system information to supporting documentation.
• Investigate exceptions or mismatches that automated processes do not resolve and make appropriate corrections.
• Perform routine data entry related to invoices, payments, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to clarify billing questions and resolve account issues professionally.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit-ready recordkeeping practices.• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting clerk or similar accounting support role.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable and working knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to reconcile records and identify inconsistencies within accounting systems.
• Experience using Vantaca or the ability to learn platform-specific workflows quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
