Step into a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity, providing vital support to elementary-aged students in a dynamic and rewarding school environment. This contract role involves working in person two days per week, with each day spent at a different elementary building, helping you to make a meaningful impact across multiple school communities.

The ideal candidate will bring experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, with comfort in both clinical fellow and experienced SLP capacities. Familiarity with IEP Writer is highly preferred to help maintain accurate documentation and support collaborative special education teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP license (CFs considered; CCC-SLPs strongly encouraged)
• Prior experience with pediatric caseloads in a school environment
• Understanding of school-based procedures, including IEP development and progress monitoring
• Proficiency with IEP Writer or similar software is a plus
• Flexibility to travel between two nearby elementary buildings each week
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update IEPs
• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
