MB2 Dental is a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and supporting one of the fastest-growing networks of dental practices in the country. We are seeking an Orthodontic Marketing Manager to join our team in Carrollton, TX.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with doctors, operations leaders, and practice teams to drive measurable growth. You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase patient acquisition, improve retention, and help orthodontic practices achieve their business goals.

The Orthodontic Marketing Manager serves as a trusted marketing partner for affiliated practices, leveraging digital marketing, analytics, relationship management, and local growth initiatives to deliver results across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive patient growth across affiliated orthodontic practices.
• Partner closely with doctors, operations leaders, and office teams to identify opportunities and create customized growth plans.
• Manage digital marketing programs, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, local SEO, online reputation management, and website optimization.
• Analyze marketing and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including new patient volume, lead conversion rates, production growth, retention, referral performance, and marketing ROI.
• Present actionable recommendations and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support referral marketing, community outreach, local engagement initiatives, and practice-level growth campaigns.
• Collaborate with agency and vendor partners to ensure strong execution and continuous optimization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with practices by delivering a high level of service, responsiveness, and strategic support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices across the orthodontic portfolio.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in orthodontic marketing is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting orthodontic practices, DSOs, multi-location healthcare organizations, or related healthcare service businesses preferred.
• Top-tier communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools.
