Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, always ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and documentation standards.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare providers, patients, and their families regarding care plans and progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to discussions on innovative treatment methodologies and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from orthopedic issues, musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographics span various ages and backgrounds, which requires cultural competence and effective communication skills to provide optimal care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
