Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs, serving as an information source and support for residents regarding local market resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Greets prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area, ensuring their comfort while waiting to speak with a team member. Answers phone calls, routes them to appropriate team members, and assists with service request callbacks as needed. Maintains the guest suite schedule, ensures proper payment and cleanliness, and manages loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs. Prepares clubhouse amenities for tours before the leasing office opens each morning. Manages package deliveries by documenting arrival details and notifying residents within 24 hours. Tracks equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community-provided services. Supports scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs. Maintains detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and other relevant resources, and fosters relationships with concierge vendors.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.76. Additional Compensation : Many factors influence employee pay within the posted range, including business needs, experience, skills, and location. Corporate Positions : In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions : In addition to base salary, this role may participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonus programs.
