Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings, including individual, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care for students experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic guidelines and regulatory standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and parents on mental health topics, helping them develop skills and techniques for effective management of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
