If interested in this Pharmacy Technician 2 position, contact Milos Pavlovic at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io Pharmacy Technician 2 Compensation: pay $20/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Pharmacy Technician 2 Highlights: 13-week contract (currently set through Oct 26, 2026); required availability: Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm (occasional weekends may be required; schedule adjusted as able); On-site; safety-sensitive role Pharmacy Technician 2 Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and distribution of prescription drug products (fulfillment environment) Process prescription exceptions (claim rejects, member and physician outreach) Enter member demographics and prescription details into the system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member issues Escalate prescription questions to the Pharmacist as needed Support inbound/outbound patient or physician calls Other duties as assigned Pharmacy Technician 2 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of Pennsylvania Basic computer skills Comfortable working in a role that may involve access to PHI Pharmacy Technician 2 Preferred Qualifications Experience with prescription fulfillment systems and high-volume processing Strong insurance/claims troubleshooting experience Strong phone communication for patient/provider outreach If you think this Pharmacy Technician 2 position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply.
