Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through in-depth interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs and progress.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches for individual and group therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in EHR systems.

• Participate in team meetings for client case consultation, sharing best practices and collaborating on multi-disciplinary approaches.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hopeful Minds Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
