Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions within both office settings and the community.

• Monitor client progress, including admissions, continued stay evaluations, and discharges, ensuring timely interventions and support.

• Implement evidence-based screening practices and coordinate more in-depth assessments when necessary.

• Participate actively within treatment teams to advance shared goals, implementing strategies that focus on collaboration and client empowerment.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating swift and effective response to client emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and the organization's codes of conduct, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional committees to enhance service delivery.

• Complete all required documentation timely to support data submission and reporting needs.

• Be on-call as assigned to ensure continuous care and support for clients outside of regular program hours.

Qualifications\n

The Salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
