Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you meet the needs of our clients effectively. Although most interactions will occur virtually, some visits to clients’ homes or facilities may be necessary. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential evening or weekend hours depending on client needs. This flexibility allows you to provide continuous care while accommodating your professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of seniors, focusing on mental, emotional, and social dimensions to understand their specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, emphasizing achievable goals and preferences.

• Provide counseling services to seniors, helping them navigate life transitions such as loss, relocation, or changes in health status.

• Advocate for clients to ensure they can access necessary community resources and services that support their well-being and rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
