Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded care and support for clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Actively participating in professional development through workshops and training to stay current on mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families who often face significant barriers to accessing mental health services. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational conflicts. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate their challenges and fostering a supportive environment where they can explore solutions and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are necessary for this role:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Family Support Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload capacity. Our benefits package includes:
