IT Director

IT DirectorSystem One is looking for an IT Director for a direct hire/perm opportunity in Pittsburgh.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and oversee all aspects of IT services across multiple locations.Administer Google email and manage strong security practices for all IT systems and devices.Configure and manage cloud-based appliances, backup solutions, and network infrastructure including wired and wifi networks.Maintain and troubleshoot systems interfacing with fabrication machines such as plasma tables, laser cutters, and welders.Manage site-to-site and client VPN networks, device security, and ensure organizational policies compliance.Administer, maintain, and configure Windows PCs; manage help desk support and hardware/software procurement.Set up remote field offices, manage cellular data accounts, building security systems, cloud-based phone systems, and internet services across multiple locations.Manage servers and security enclave equipment; oversee security in the CUI enclave.Develop and provide IT staff training, maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and support guidelines.Requirements:Robust and wide understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systemsStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize and manage tasks/projects, escalate issues as neededStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding verbal and written communications skillsKnowledge of network systems and cloud-based networkingAbility to synthesize information and make independent decisionsManage and adjust processes as business expectations change and evolveInitiative and adaptability to a changing environmentAssociates or Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems administration or a related roleAdministrative experience with Microsoft SystemsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
