Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and treatment plans for couples and families, addressing a variety of issues including relationship conflicts, grief, and adjustment disorders.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, ensuring to allocate time for individual sessions to understand each partner's perspectives and experiences.
\n
• Specialize in family dynamics, addressing concerns such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, conflict resolution among family members, and adjustments to separation or divorce.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each family or individual you work with.
\n
• Regularly review treatment progress and adapt therapeutic strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, who are navigating challenges related to family dynamics, communication issues, and personal growth. Your expertise will not only help them resolve immediate concerns but will also empower them to endorse long-lasting change and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

• An active LMFT license issued by the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
