We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities focused on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring hiring managers receive well-vetted candidates and a strong pipeline of talent.

We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities focused on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring hiring managers receive well-vetted candidates and a strong pipeline of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future requisitions.
- Follow up on submitted candidates through the hiring process, including offer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the ATS.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience using ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience recruiting in engineering, or IT application and/or professional services.
