The Hospitality Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall experience of our internal and external clients at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in Nashville, TN. They are responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of our Hospitality and Client Service Desk team, who are dedicated to greeting and assisting clients with the utmost professionalism and care. Whether it’s an employee utilizing our workspace or a client visiting for an important meeting, the Hospitality Manager ensures that every interaction with our hospitality teams reflects our commitment to delivering a luxury client experience.

The Hospitality Manager is both a hands-on leader and cross-functional partner that will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for client service. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to building a team that creates memorable experiences that reflect the values and mission of AB.

Salary 80K

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Operational Oversight: Lead and manage the daily operations of the Hospitality and Client Service Desk teams, ensuring that all client interactions and meetings are executed with excellence and align with our brand standards.

·        Client Satisfaction Enhancement: Develop and implement innovative strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty throughout their journey with AB.

·        Service Standards: Develop, implement and enforce service standards and procedures that elevate the client experience, ensuring that our hospitality services remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

·        Strategic Coordination: Ensure smooth and strategic coordination of daily hospitality operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, room readiness, and client meetings, to provide consistently exceptional experience.

·        Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach and develop hospitality team members, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

·        Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement, continuously evaluating internal processes and asking, "Is there a better way to do this?" to implement changes that enhance both internal processes and the client experience.

·        Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and that the hospitality services align with broader organizational goals.

·        Luxury Experience Standards: Uphold and promote the highest standards of luxury service, ensuring that every client feels valued and appreciated during their interactions with our teams.
